PYLI is a dynamic 40 hour community leadership training, including 4 days of skill development and instruction in self & community assessment, diversity, goal setting, team building, project planning, and decision making, plus hands on field exercises! PYLI is designed to empower young people to become leaders and changemakers in their communities. Who is Alaska PYLI for? A diverse group of 20-30 students in Alaska ages 13-18 seeking empowerment and leadership development in order to improve themselves, their schools, and to make the community a better place to live.
