Ways to Give

Eliminate racism, empower women, be unafraid, and strengthen our communities.

Supporting the YWCA Alaska is the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than yourself. It's an answer to the call to do more for others, to support your marginalized community members today to ensure a better tomorrow. YWCA Alaska is donor-centered and mission-oriented in all communication to our community members , donors, and partners.

You can make a difference.

Monthly Giving

Allies are donors who give monthly – they’re so important to our success. In these unpresented times, monthly donations allow us to do our best to plan for the future.

Annual Donations

Annual donations are also impactful. Make a gift once a year to support eliminating racism and empowering women.

Donor Advised Fund Gifts (Grants)

Do you have a Donor Advised Fund? Did you know the YWCA Alaska accepts grants from your fund? While considered a grant, this gift is still just as meaningful as a donation.

Empowerment Circle

By giving a gift of $1,000 or more (can be multiple donations throughout a calendar year), you ensure that YWCA Alaska has ongoing support to meet the social justice needs of the community. This group of donors have opportunities to network with each other, gets sneak peeks on new happenings for the YWCA Alaska, and more.

Check back in January 2025 for more specifics!

Give to our YWCA Alaska Endowment Fund

Want to ensure your gift keeps on giving and outlives even you? Consider a gift to our endowment fund. This is a great way to ensure YWCA Alaska is supported for generations to come.

Pick.Click.Give.

While applying for their PFD online, Alaskans can choose to Pick.Click.Give. in increments of $25. All donations are tax deductible and donors will receive tax documentation from the State once their donations have been processed. Permanent Fund Dividend applications are available from January 1 to March 31, though Alaskans may choose to add or adjust their pledges online through August 31. This easy, convenient way to donate is super helpful to the YWCA Alaska with general income to allow us to respond to the community's needs as they arise.
