YWCA Energy Camp

YWCA Alaska will host two Youth Summer Camps in July 2022.  Both camps will include opportunities for students to develop skills in leadership and teamwork.  A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided daily.

YWCA Energy Camp offers a hands-on experience to build an understanding of the environmental costs of power, the awareness of electrical safety, and a tour of a power plant. This 3-day camp is offered in partnership with Chugach Electric.
