Beat the Bias: LGBTQ+ Conversations

YWCA Alaska is proud to partner with Choosing Our Roots to bring you this event discussing trans women, LGBTQ+ people and nonbinary people. This will be a safe space and a community-building, inclusive environment to talk about impactful issues.

Thanks to the generosity of Anchorage Museum, this will be a hybrid event. If you can’t join us in person, you can watch live online. If you’re interested in joining us virtually, please register for a virtual ticket instead of an in-person ticket.

Covid Information: Tickets are limited to allow for social distancing. Please stay home if you have a fever or are feeling ill, or if you have been exposed to someone who has recently tested positive. Masks will be required at this event.
